Your account

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Guest accounts live in your browser. If you clear its data before signing up, that progress cannot be recovered.

Fair play

Do not use bots, scripts, solvers or any automation to play, and do not tamper with the service to change scores, times, coins or rankings.

Do not harass other players, or use names or images that are offensive or pretend to be someone else.

We may reset scores, remove players from leaderboards, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

Images you upload stay yours. You let us store them and cut them into puzzles for you and the players you invite. Only upload images you have the right to use, and nothing illegal, explicit or hateful.

Premium

Premium is a paid subscription that renews each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.

Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds follow the law where you live and the payment provider's rules.

Coins and rewards

Coins, streaks and achievements are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be adjusted if they were earned by breaking these terms.

Availability

We work to keep VenoMind running, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Liability

As far as the law allows, VenoMind is not liable for indirect losses or for lost game progress. Where we are liable, it is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Ending

You can stop using VenoMind and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. If they change in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app.
